| Is my donation safe and secure? |
FashionGo Foundation guarantees that we will not sell, rent, or trade
your personal information to anyone outside FashionGo Foundation.
In addition, we offer you the option of donating anonymously so that
the charity to which you donate will not receive information about you without
your permission. Please read more in our Privacy and Security Statement.
| What are the advantages of donating online? |
Most of us have the best intentions of doing something for charity but
often hesitate because we don't have the time, knowledge, or trust to
give to a specific cause, FashionGo Foundation bridges the gap between
having the desire to help and actually making a difference.
| Is there a minimum donation amount? |
There are no minimal donations required for FashionGo Foundation.
Because we will mostly take clothing as a donation, it is solely depended on
how much and how often you wish to give.
| How much of my donation goes to my charity? |
All of the donation made to us will be given to charity 100%.
| Will I receive a donation confirmation? |
You will be receiving an e-mail confirmation mail for your donation.
| How do I view my Giving History? |
We will be updating our Donation Board when a donation is made.
You will be able to check your donation history through the Donation
Board. If you need further assistance you can contact us by calling

| Can I make a donation over the phone? |
We urge you to take advantage of the convenience, safety, and
simplicity of giving online. However, if making the donation over
the phone or walk-in would be preferable by you, we would truly
appreciate your time to do so.
| Can I make recurring or monthly? |
FashionGo Foundation guarantees that we will not sell, rent, or trade

| Can I cancel a donation? |
All donations made through FashionGo Foundation are not refundable.
